Massage Therapist Insight: Fascia Flow and the Hidden Web of Pain

We sat down with Samantha Lee, a licensed massage therapist specializing in fascia therapy, to talk about how fascial tightness affects the spine and overall movement.

🧬 What Is Fascia?

“Fascia is the connective web that holds everything together,” Samantha explains.
“When it’s hydrated and flexible, you feel light and mobile. When it’s dry or stuck, you feel restricted—even if your muscles are strong.”

🩻 Common Signs of Fascial Restriction

  • Pain that moves around (especially neck to mid-back)

  • Morning stiffness

  • Cracking joints that don’t stay loose

  • Posture that feels “pulled”

💆 How to Release It at Home

Samantha recommends combining deep breathing, hydration, and daily fascial work using tools like the Pso-Back and Pso-Spine.
“Think of it as ironing out the wrinkles in your body’s fabric,” she says.

🌬️ Her Quick Routine

1️⃣ 2 minutes on the upper back with gentle movement
2️⃣ 2 minutes on the lower ribs for breath flow
3️⃣ 2 minutes on the sacrum and hips
